On Thursday, 20th of October 2022, from 1:30 pm – 5 :00 pm at Franciszkański Square our Ecopond Team performed second part of the Conference “What whispers in the pond?” – ecology workshops "Be a pond Detective" for school groups and all Cracovians.

who came to Kraków with their eco-bus and helped us discover the beauty and mysteries of the pond's life.
During this part participants increased their knowledge about pond’s inhabitants and their behavior basing on DNA traces: from obtaining environmental DNA, visualizing these molecules to the final identification of aquatic organisms
Visitors could also learn from ecological charts, observe aquatic insects and two representatives of the noble crayfish from the Institute of Nature Conservation PAS..
