Karolina Bącela-Spychalska is an associate professor at the Department of Invertebrate Zoology and Hydrobiology, Faculty of Biology and Environmental Protection, University of Lodz. The problem of diversity loss which is observed nowadays and human impact on that process are close to her scientific field.
